We had a great conversation about processing grief – and about choosing joy, resilience, and connection in the face of adversity. And we also discuss how his forthcoming album Anywhere Anytime (which is out on August 21) began with grief when he lost a good friend to cancer but somehow is still rooted in joy, gratitude, love, and resilience.
